Raw Irish Honey

Irish honey from The Merry Mill Farm in Vicarstown, Laois, Ireland.
Great for the respiratory system due to high saponin levels.
Store at room temperature. While the honey is runny it will crystallize over time.
To regain the runny consistency, place the jar (lid removed) in a pot of warm water and allow the honey to heat up and liquefy, stirring it occasionally. Remove the jar when the crystals have dissolved.
