Halloween Protein Ball Ghosts
Happy Halloween! Here is a Halloween twist on oat protein balls.
Ingredients
12 Small Organic Dates
3 tbsp. Almond Butter
1 scoop Vanilla protein powder
5-6 tbsp. Water
250g White chocolate
Cacao nibs to decorate faces (optional for decoration)
Method
Blend the dates and water in a blender until they reach a smooth consistency
Gradually add the other ingredients - almond butter, oats, protein powder,
Once the mixture is completely blended take teaspoon sizes amounts and roll into a ball.
Melt 250g of chocolate and pour over each bite. Create spooky faces using cacao nibs.
Leave in the fridge until the chocolate sets.
