Ingredients:
Oat Boost
Water or juice
Banana
Fruit of your choice (We love mixed berry smoothies, add spinach or kale for an extra health kick)
Method
Place all ingredients into a blender and blitz for 2 mins until its smooth.
Top Tip: Dice and freeze the fruit for your smoothie or add ice, both achieve a cool delightful drink!
