Chunky Choc Chip Oat Cookies Recipe
Ingredients
225g The Merry Mill Oat Flour
40g The Merry Mill Porridge oats
150g Unsalted butter
1 egg
2tsp Vanilla Extract
Pinch of salt
80g Coconut Sugar
200g Choc Chips
Method
Preheat the oven to 180oC
Blend the butter and sugar together in a bowl, then add the vanila extract and the egg. Beat together until smooth.
Add the dry ingredients and mix together.
Stir in the chocolate chips.
Place teaspoon size amounts onto a baking tray and bake for 8 - 10 mins until golden.
Place on a wire tray to cool.
