Chocolate Chip Pancake Recipe

Ingredients

40g Organic Gluten Free Pancake Mix

20g Organic Gluten Free Porridge

100g yogurt (coconut or any flavour of your choosing)

1 Egg

Tsp Baking powder

Tsp Vanilla Extract

Optional: Chopped chocolate or choc chips or fruit

Method

  1. Add the egg, yogurt and vanilla extract to a bowl and whisk.

  2. Gradually add the dry ingredients and mix until you reach a smooth consistency.

  3. Stir in the chocolate chunks

  4. Pour on to pan and cook until golden on both sides.

Toppings

Add strawberries (frozen or fresh) and a squeeze of lemon
