Blueberry Banana Baked Oats

Ingredients:
200g The Merry Mill Porridge Oats
2 Bananas
550ml Nut milk
1tsp Vanilla Extract
1 tsp Cinnamon
50g Blueberries
Method:
Preheat the oven to 180 Degrees Celsius and line a baking tray.
Mash two bananas in a bowl. Add the vanilla extract and stir.
Slowly add the porridge oats to the mixture.
Once combined add the nut milk until you reach a runny consistency.
Pour into a baking tray and space the blueberries out on top. Bake for 30 minutes at 180 Degrees Celsius.
Allow to cool before serving
Serve with coconut yogurt and agave syrup.
