Bee Therapy Box
Introducing the Bee Therapy Box.. we have been BUZZING to tell you all about the new sensory experience we have created on our farm.
We know your busy bees with life, but you need to hear about this bee-autiful spot!
We have renovated a horse box into a home for three bee hives. Inside you will find a wooden bed and an armchair, just enough space for two people. This hut is located in the oat field with a view of the spring oats. Under the wooden bed three hives are housed, the bees can fly in and out of their hives through small holes in the side of the box, however they can’t access the inside of the box.
This understated hut looks humble from afar but as you approach you begin to hear the low hum of the honey bees working inside. It tingles your curiosity and entices you inside.
Once you enter through the small door you are greeted with the sweet scents and the aroma of fresh honey. As you lay on the wooden bed the micro vibrations from the activity below are not only felt but sensed through the air. The calming wave of energy runs through your body as you relax into a still state of serenity. This unique experience is being trialed by the Scully family who are nearly ready to share it with curious visitors from everywhere.
We can’t wait to share the bee therapy journey with you!
