Halloween Protein Ball Ghosts

Happy Halloween! Here is a Halloween twist on oat protein balls.

Ingredients

Method

  1. Blend the dates and water in a blender until they reach a smooth consistency

  2. Gradually add the other ingredients - almond butter, oats, protein powder,

  3. Once the mixture is completely blended take teaspoon sizes amounts and roll into a ball.

  4. Melt 250g of chocolate and pour over each bite. Create spooky faces using cacao nibs.

  5. Leave in the fridge until the chocolate sets.
